Police promotions to perform duties diligently

RANAU: Promotions of members and civil servants in the police force is a trust to ensure government policies are implemented with excellence.Ranau District Police Chief DSP Simiun Lomudin said the trust should be used to perform their duties diligently.

“Make promotion a motivational catalyst to work harder to achieve excellence in the tasks entrusted to you,” he said, at a promotion ceremony at the Ranau District Police Headquarters recently.
One member was promoted to Corporal and four others from Constable to Lance Corporal, five civil servants received promotion from N19 to N22 and grade S19 to S22.
He also stressed on discipline so that the community would always respect the police force.
“Maintain high discipline practices so that the quality of work continues to be excellent and the community continues to respect our team as the main law enforcement agency in the country,” he said.
