Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Football Association (Safa) Tenom will not lend their support to the new Safa committee if the election held on May 13 was found to be against the constitution.

Its president Datuk Peter Anthony in a statement released on Sunday said they will remain neutral until the matter is resolved following information he received that the election may be null and void.

“Safa Tenom supreme council following a meeting held on Friday has made a decision to abstain from the recent Safa election if it is found to be against the constitution.
