Kota Kinabalu: Former Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Datuk Hiew King Cheu said elected representatives should not be allowed to hold positions of both Member of Parliament and State Assembly.
He said a recent public poll carried out by Justice For Sabah attested to this.

Hiew said all respondents were unanimous in their opinion that a person elected by the people would not be able to discharge duties holding both posts.
