Discussions and negotiations among the three parties involved – Sabah Urban Development Corporation (SUDC) as land owner, some 200 buyers under Pekestra (Star City Buyers Association) and new China developer Fusun International Holding Ltd – have resulted in a win-win situation for the project rebranded as KK One.

SUDC Chairman Jamawi Jaafar, who disclosed this Sunday, said the demolition of the existing structure would be carried out soon after majority of the old buyers have agreed to the win-win solution.
