A family of six survived after a Nissan Grand Livina multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) they were travelling skidded and landed on its side near Jalan Kampung Tomis, Kiulu, on Friday.
Tuaran: A family of six survived after a Nissan Grand Livina multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) they were travelling skidded and landed on its side near Jalan Kampung Tomis, Kiulu, on Friday.
In the 12.20pm incident, all the victims aged between 11 and 55 years, were reported to have suffered injuries.

Tuaran District Fire and Rescue Station Chief Abdul Qawie Abdul Gapar said they received an emergency call at 12.25pm.
He said two firemen rushed to the location on an Emergency Medical Rescue Services (EMRS) vehicle.
“Upon arrival, the vehicle was found landing on its side and all the victims had managed to exit the vehicle.
“Two victims were given initial treatment before being sent to Tuaran Hospital on the EMRS vehicle.

“Four others were sent to the same hospital on a Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) ambulance,” he said.
Abdul Qawie said the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
