Developer of PacifiCity is ‘uncontactable’

Kota Kinabalu: ROS-registered Persatuan Kebajikan Pembeli Projek PacifiCity since August 13, 2020, or PacifiCity Project Purchasers Welfare Association (P3WA), called on all purchasers of the project mall retail lots, offices and Pacific Heights condominiums to register with it to represent their interests as the developer firm is “uncontactable”.
Purchasers who have not registered with P3WA may contact its Honorary Treasurer William (013-860-2092) or Honorary Secretary Dr Constance (016-328-5156) for details on how the association is progressing to represent their interests in the project.
“The main aim of this association is for the condominiums, arcades, office lots buyers of PacifiCity to claim their property rights collectively and systematically.
