The SME Association of Sabah (SME Sabah) has actively networked with China and other Asean exhibitors at the 20th China-Asean Expo (CAEXPO), positioning Sabah’s attractiveness as an investment destination.
The recently concluded expo in Nanning, China, showcased dynamic trade relationships between China and Asean nations, emphasising the importance of trade and economic collaborations.

SME Sabah said the expo saw a number of top Asean leaders, officials and delegates gracing the grand opening, including Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz
Themed “Interconnected”, the expo was attended by SME Sabah President Prof Datuk Foo NK and Sabah Economic Advisory Council (SEAC) Chairman Tan Sri David Chu Sui Kiong.
The rest of the delegation included SME Sabah representatives, namely Secretary General Lie Chun Vui, Deputy Treasurer Kelly Tan S.E, Professional Services Director Ir Chia KF, Construction and Infrastructure Director Eugene Choo and Life Members Ir Chan S.P and Tsen K.S.
