The Warisan President said this in response to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s statement on the dual citizenship proposal raised by Malaysians in the United States during the Temu Anwar programme held when he attended the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) recently.

Anwar was reported as saying that the issue of dual citizenship would be discussed further, where there must be an evaluation made first on its implementation and implications as it involves major policy decisions.
