ADVERTISEMENT English chief examiner Jill Bush, FISTD (Fellowship ISTD), who made her fourth appearance here to conduct the examination, was impressed with the higher standards shown by the examinees this year.
She is hopeful with more dance teachers trained to be professionals here, the standard of Dance Sport in Sabah would continue to rise to be at par with countries in other parts of the world.
Meanwhile, academy principal John Chong (FISTD), who is also Sabah Dancesports Association president, said the examination conducted by an English examiner appointed by ISTD has been held here annually for the past 23 years.
