Tapping into Sabah’s exotic food

TAMBUNAN: Sabah has great potential when it comes to exotic food, according to visitors who attended the exotic food introduction at the Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan’s residence here, recently.

It was organised by Tambunan Village Homestay (TVH) coordinator, Joanna Kitingan, to coincide with the Foodie Experience programme.

Leo Liew, a content creator from Kota Kinabalu, said he had been travelling around different districts, sampling exotic food to help promote the dishes.

“We have to really work together with the government when promoting our food.
