It is advisable for the public to undergo an eye examination with an eye specialist, especially if they have higher risk factors.
“It is important to refrain from using any steroid medications which may cause glaucoma,” said KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital Resident Consultant Ophthalmologist, Dr Chin Kel Vin.
