Kota Kinabalu: A mother of two has pleaded to netizens to stop cyberbullying her 13-year-old son, Alston, who they claim wears a Rolex Chronograph watch to school.

Linda Dunstan said her eldest son in Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary school became the target in social media with hurtful comments affecting her son and family.

According to her, the netizens claimed that her son’s watch was a Rolex when they saw some photos of him with his friends during orientation week which were uploaded in the school’s facebook page.

She said the photo received over 300 comments and that they continue to do so is tantamount to defaming and slandering her son and family.
