Kota Kinabalu Archery Association hopes Sook will get world standard archery range

Kota Kinabalu: The Kota Kinabalu Archery Association hopes the proposed Game Village in Sook will include a world standard archery range.  

Returned for the 5th term unopposed as President of the Kota Kinabalu Archery Association at its AGM held at the its Likas Archery Range Sunday, Datuk Ram Singh said the association would assist the State Youth and Sports Ministry on setting up an international standard archery range at the proposed Game Village to be constructed in the near future.

Sook is about three hours’ drive from Kota Kinabalu.

Thanking all members for their support, Ram suggested more activities in the future.

Scoring a total of 389 points, the combined team from Sandakan, Penampang and Tongod won the Paul Leong Cup.

KK Juniors came second with a total of 338 points.

Meanwhile, the AGM returned the majority of the previous committee members uncontested, including two new faces.

4. Secretary General – Shiu Vay Leung
