Police to investigate 'spider-kids' in Lahad Datu

LAHAD DATU: The police noted several viral photos of children clinging to the back of a moving vehicle.

District Police Chief ACP Rohan Shah Ahmad said they will conduct investigations.

Social media users were concerned about the matter as it endangered children and other road users.

Last year in June, Daily Express reported a similar incident where the Pala’u children were clinging onto a moving tanker.

It was understood that this is a typical scenario here, where the children will engage in such dangerous acts while carrying out their begging activities near traffic lights.
