Kota Kinabalu: All Saints’ School, a renowned institution with a history spanning 121 years, recently held its annual Form Six graduation ceremony where, 77 students completed their pre-university studies.
The first Form Six batch in this school was in 1962.
The ceremony commenced with a grand procession of the maroon-robed graduates, followed by the academic procession comprising lecturers, department heads, and the school principal, Dr Mary Gambidau. Present were families and well-wishers.
Mary expressed confidence that the valuable experience gained at All Saints would mould them into dynamic and promising future leaders.
She encouraged the students to strive for excellence and gain admission to prestigious higher education institutions, both locally and overseas.
In addition to certificates, several students were recognized for their outstanding achievements. Nur Aminahtul Rahmah Hakmat received the Best Co-curricular Award, Lester Ting Fook Siang was honoured as the Best Science Student, and Sofea Ellyza Hazizaan received the Best Social Science Award.
The coveted Best Overall Form Six Student of SM All Saints Award, also known as the Principal Award, was presented to Rhea Lareina Richard, who also served as the President of the Form Six Student Council.
As the academic procession made its departure, the graduates stood tall, ready to embrace the future with confidence and determination.
