Kota Kinabalu: Sabah FC is reportedly becoming increasingly known in the Southeast Asian football arena through its participation in the recent RCTI Premium Sports International Championship in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Its head coach, Datuk Ong Kim Swee, said the invitation by RCTI (Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia), the organiser of the tournament, was greatly appreciated and he hoped it could be made an annual event, Info X reported.

"This will certainly improve Sabah FC's name on the football scene in the Southeast Asian region as well as improve the players' ability, thus showing that this tournament is one that every team is looking forward to participating in."
