Kota Kinabalu: A Perodua Bezza became the latest “victim” of fallen trees, here, Tuesday.
The Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) received a distress call regarding the incident in Sinsuran at 12.34pm.

A team from the Kota Kinabalu Station used a chainsaw to cut and remove the fallen branch.
The Sabah FRD Operations Centre said the car sustained damages to its roof.
“No casualty was reported as operations ended at 12.59pm,” an agency spokesperson said.
On May 28, City Hall (DBKK) said 18,756 mature trees within the city are being constantly monitored.
“Those with weak branches will be trimmed and trees that are considered too old or pose a danger will be chopped,” said Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah.
However, on the same day, the rear windshield of a Toyota Avanza parked near the Tang Dynasty Park Hotel in Sembulan was smashed by a fallen tree.
Last Sunday, the front end of another Perodua Bezza in Taman Orkid was dented.
