PETALING JAYA: A package that was sent to the tourism, arts, and culture ministry’s headquarters in Putrajaya earlier today did not contain a bomb, say the police.

In a Sinar Harian report, Putrajaya police chief A Asmadi Abdul Aziz said the package was addressed to tourism, arts, and culture minister Tiong King Sing’s office.

Asmadi said the police’s initial investigation found that the package was sent to the ministry via a courier company at 11.19am and was retrieved and taken to the 14th floor at 2.45pm.

He said the police’s bomb disposal unit had determined that the package did not contain an explosive device.

When it comes to skincare, the first thought on our minds would be beauty products such as serums, creams, and masks. However, beauty experts and even researchers have stated that drinking more water can be just as crucial for your skin's health.
“When opened, it was found that the package contained PVC pipes, wires, and a ‘timer’,” he said during a press conference at the ministry.

The ministry’s building was evacuated this afternoon after concerns about a bomb threat.
