When it comes to skincare, the first thought on our minds would be beauty products such as serums, creams, and masks. However, beauty experts and even researchers have stated that drinking more water can be just as crucial for your skin's health.
The offence under Section 17(a) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009.

The court allowed Roney’s application for a stay of execution of the custodial sentence pending appeal to the High Court against the decision but the fine must be paid on Thursday.

During mitigation, counsel Zahir Shah, who represented Roney, asked for leniency saying that it was his first offence.

However, Prosecuting Officer Dzulkarnain Rousan Hasbi urged the court to impose a heavy sentence which was a fine of RM17,500 and jail sentence of at least five years.

He submitted that corruption was a serious offence and the case involved a government servant.

He added that policemen should play an important role in combating crime and defending the rule of law and not received bribes.

Twenty prosecution and three defence witnesses testified during the hearing.
