When it comes to skincare, the first thought on our minds would be beauty products such as serums, creams, and masks. However, beauty experts and even researchers have stated that drinking more water can be just as crucial for your skin's health.
Sabah Cricket Association (SCA) honourable secretary Hatta Patombongi said the State contingent are led by team manager Jasmin Ezayyu Rahman Shah, assistant team manager Sofiah Hamdan, coach Peter Budin and high performance coach Haerul Marsudin.

He also said despite missing the service of Suabika Manivannan, who is currently with the national team in Sri Lanka for the Women’s Asia Cup, they are able to include national Under-19 players Neserle Yean Alik, Erminun Tulrahim and Nuni Farini Safry.

“Their presence will certainly boost the players’ morale and strengthen the team. Erminun Tulrahim has also been named captain with Neserle Yean Alik as the vice captain.

“The main aim of competing in the championship is to gain experience in preparation for the Malaysia Games in Sarawak next month, and we will of course try our best.”
