Kota Kinabalu: Twenty-five local and international climbers will participate in Coalition Duchenne’s 12th Expedition Mount Kinabalu this year.
The participants include climbers from Malaysia, Australia, the US, Germany, China, Singapore, the Philippines and India.
Coalition Duchenne’s founder Catherine Jayasuria said the annual charity climb aims to raise awareness and funding for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), the most common rare disease of childhood, present in 1 in 3,500 male births.
