The menus included Quail Chrispy, Quail Soup, Quail Spaghetti and Spicy Quail Fried Rice, among others.

She hopes the course can produce more skilled workers in meeting the demands of the livestock industry in Sabah and at the same time hopes the Farmbay product brand can be more widespread.

Also present was Research Officer and Head of the Monogastric Unit of the Sabah Veterinary Services Department, Kennedy Juani.

“I hope this course can help further expand Farmbay’s products and brands not only in Malaysia but can even be exported abroad,” he said.

“On behalf of the Veterinary Services Department, very much welcome industry players to be active and involve themselves in such initiatives.

“We will try our best to help and provide good inputs for the purpose of improvement,” he said.

Farmbay, a local brand famous for their salted egg and quail products, is now in the process of producing food-based products.

Jessi answered when asked, “Farmbay is currently in the process of preparing to launch our new products.

“I hope that with our menus we can provide different choices to consumers, especially food lovers not only in Sabah but throughout Malaysia in general.”

She can be contacted at 016-830 2003.
