Kota Kinabalu: Parents should be alert to the possibility of their child kidnapped in public places.

Responding to a report of parents seeking public help on their child missing at Botanic/Eco Galleria in Johor Bahru recently, Mary Kan Kiob, past President of Association of Childcare Services said:

As a parent or a caregiver, I would like to offer measures what parents should take to ensure that children are safe in public places such as amusement parks, big playgrounds and while shopping in crowded places.”

The number one rule is always stay close to them, especially in public places and never leave them out of your sight,” she said.
