PETALING JAYA: Sabah Umno treasurer Salleh Said Keruak has asked for unwavering commitment to strengthen the party machinery in preparation for the state election.

he said in Kota Marudu today, the Jesselton Times reported.
Salleh, the Usukan assemblyman, said the party leadership must make itself visible and approachable, demonstrating unity and teamwork.

Late last year, Sabah chief minister Hajiji Noor said it was possible to have state polls as soon as 2024, despite the state government’s current mandate only due to end in 2025.
