Sook needs a district hosp

SOOK: Sook which will be upgraded to a full district soon needs a hospital in the future.
Sook Assemblyman Datuk Ellron Angin said the district administration is ready to provide 10 hectares to the Federal Government for the construction of a hospital building.
He said this coincided with the upgrade of the Sook sub-district to a full district which would soon be launched in addition to the people’s need for better health care services in the future.
“We are ready to provide a site because the existing clinic area is still large enough to accommodate the construction of a hospital building in the future,” said Ellron, who is also Youth and Sports Minister, after officiating the launch of the Sook Health Clinic, Karamatoi Village Clinic and Marapok Village Clinic Upgrade Project held at the Sook Health Clinic grounds, Thursday.
