In the 65-second video, a woman wearing a floral blouse is seen taking a picture of the licence plate of the car allegedly belonging to the person filming, accusing her of stealing her parking spot.
The confrontation escalates into a heated argument, with both women shouting at one another before one of them gets into a car driven by another person and leaves the scene.
