A cleared Kendara Court earthworks site ready for redevelopment.
Kota Kinabalu: Public listed developer Asian Pac Holdings Berhad, which is active in construction in the Klang Valley, Johor and in the state capital, is to redevelop the former Kendara Court Condominium site occupying land title CL 015343496 located at Jalan Bukit Temasu, in Luyang.
Its subsidiary Ambience Acres Sdn Bhd is listed as the landowner and developer of the new condominium project after the demolition of the Kendara Court Condominium.

The company which earlier demolished the Kosan Complex to build the Likas Vue Condominium project is active at the Kendara site under John Voo or JV Champion Sdn Bhd.
A signage is all that remains at the entrance gate.
The Asian Pac Groups’ track record here includes the Loft Residences next to KK Times Square and Imago Mall.
Other completed projects are the KK Times Square shops and Signature Offices and Karamunsing Capital. It also has another project in Kinarut, Rimba Hills development.
Kendara Court is now only a distant memory of the state capital’s first luxury condominium project with some units even having floor areas of more than 3,000 square feet.

The Kendara Court Condominium project and the Taman Makmur project in Luyang (the site where the Logg Mall is being built), were the subject of complaints relating to bad site preparation, piling, construction standards and material usage, apathetic supervision, no strict checks and action by the local authority, poor maintenance management standards all of which led to deterioration of property condition and value.
They became eyesores like the abandoned Star City project, now still awaiting demolition and redevelopment.
