LABUAN: Labuan Chinese Chamber of Commerce Chairman Datuk Wong Kii Yii wants the authorities to ensure that the main entry points into the island such as the airport and the Labuan ro-ro ferry terminal look good and project an imagine befitting the island’s status as a financial centre, oil & gas hub as well as Federal Territory.
“This is because first impressions are important as often they leave a lasting image of the destination,” said Wong.

In this context he pointed out at the huge swordfish landmark at the airport and lamented that the fountain had no water and the fish was out of water.
He said this symbolises an imbalance in the yin and yang elements and considered inauspicious fengshui.
