Kota Kinabalu: Two men claimed trial in the High Court here Friday for trafficking 1,431.5gm of syabu.
Pest control technician Mohd Nurfaizal Ruslin, 39, and fireworks seller Mohd Fareez Izwan Mohd Idros, 28, who were brought before Judge Alexander Siew How Wai on Friday, pleaded not guilty to the charge framed against them.
ADVERTISEMENT Nurfaizal and Fareez were jointly accused of committing the offence on Dec 30, 2023, at 5.05pm, in front of a parking lot at Cybercity Apartment, Phase 1, in Penampang.

Siew set Sept 12 for mention and ordered the accused to be further remanded as the charge against them has no provision for bail.
