While acknowledging the Prime Minister’s commitment to fund and finalise the Pan Borneo Road projects in Sabah, Terence highlighted the inconvenience faced by road users due to the ongoing construction works, including the overpass bridges along Kota Kinabalu-Tuaran.
He said the prolonged delay disrupted the smooth flow of traffic and even attributed recent floods in Penampang, Inanam, Menggatal and Telipok to the ongoing Pan Borneo projects.
