Kota Kinabalu: Women can wear multiple hats and achieve a multiplicity of goals if they remain focussed and know how to strike a balance, said Josephine Hadikusumo, a partner of CJ Liew & Co, at the recent Swepa International Women’s Conference 2024 at the Sabah International Convention Centre.

“This is possible if we leverage the tools available to us today like technology,” she said in her presentation at the plenary session on Work-Life Harmony.

She said it is important to identify one’s non-negotiables in life and have the courage to lay down boundaries at work.

Women can have it all but often not at the same time, so being able to prioritise is key.
