Kota Kinabalu: Bukit Sri Hartamas @Tenom — first-time mixed development project to modernise the district and stimulate its socio-economy will be launched at its site this Sunday.

This is the third and signature project of well-known NBLand Group, this year, and a developer by Mentari Bestari Sdn Bhd.

Its first and second projects are Sky 88 @Bundusan in Penampang and Bukit Dutamas @ Beaufort, respectively, which are under construction. The company launched this third project just after launching the two projects within two months.

NBLanD Managing Director GN Wong said Bukit Sri Hartamas is also the biggest and newest premium mixed-use project nestled in Tenom’s most sought-after location about one kilometre from the town centre.

He said Bukit Sri Hartamas commands Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM155 million and would be complete in 2026.

The project comprises commercial and residential development spanning 19.575 acres linked to the main road.

“I chose Tenom to launch and build this project because I see huge potentialsl.

“This includes to make the project a landmark of modernisation in Tenom that will change the development landscape, apart from creating ample job opportunities for the locals.

“Members of public are invited for the launch which starts at 10am and they would get to see the showroom of the units. The sales gallery is open from 9am until 5pm seven days a week for those interested in the development project,” Wong told a press conference at his headquarters at Sutera Avenue.

The project consists of 95 units of two-storey terrace houses and 32 units of two-storey semi-detached houses while the commercial development has 72 exclusive units of three-storey shop offices with a built-up area of more or less than 3,540 sq ft per unit.

“The two-storey terrace houses have a total built-up of 1,912 sq ft and 1,872 sq ft. Each house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms while the total built-up for the semi-detached houses is 2,170 sq ft. Each house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms,” he said.

Wong said the stylish and modern design concept of the shop offices features a beautiful façade and a wide shop front with a full-height glass panel window, which allows natural ventilation and lighting for energy-saving purposes.

As for facilities, Wong said the project provides over 200 parking bays, an open space and a playground.

There is a wide range of popular amenities nearby such as three secondary schools, Tenom Sport Complex, Alliance Bank, Post office, Petronas fuel station, supermarkets, Tenom hospital and a Mother and Child Clinic.

Wong said 85 per cent of the residential units, with pricing at RM376,000 onward have been booked while over 50 per cent of the shop offices have been booked with selling price at RM1.2 million onward.

He said SkyMillion comprising 251 units luxurious condominiums at Kobusak, Penampang would be completed and obtain ccupation Certificate (OC) early next year.

He assured there would be no delay in completing all the projects as they managed to carry out construction works for Sky Million during the enforcement of Movement Control Order (MCO) and was following the schedule.
