WSG’s Lifestyle Condos Tower A open to viewers

PAPAR: The show units of Parklane Residences ‘Lifestyle Condominiums’ Tower A is open for public viewing following its launch at its Sales Gallery in Benoni Commercial Centre, here, on Aug 31.
It is a new residential project of WSG Group with its slogan of ‘Lifestyle Condominium’ with four condominium towers namely Tower A, B, C and D that have a total of 860 units in which each tower of 19-storey has 215 units.

Its reputable and well-known developer, WSG Group Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said of the 215 units in Tower A, about 30 per cent, involving 70 units, has been booked, as of now.
She said the bookings with housing bank loan applicants for the Tower A units are now being processed.
Susan said Tower A condominiums offers attractive and affordable pricing that would enable young people including those in M40 group to buy the units.
“Tower A is available for sale now with two types of layouts for buyers to choose from, either the two bedrooms and two bathrooms units with built-up areas of 600 and 680 square feet (sf), or the three bedrooms and two bathrooms units spanning 1,000, 1050 and 1,100 sf.

“The 600 and 680 sf units are priced between RM246,000 and RM 293,000, while the 1,000, 1050 and 1,100 sf units range from RM378,000 to RM398,000.
“The prices are affordable to most buyers, especially first home buyers who are eligible for 100 per cent housing loan. So don’t miss out on this opportunity to own a home in Benoni, Papar!,” she said, adding that Tower A which commenced its construction last month is aimed to be completed in two and a half year.

Susan said this to reporters after launching show units of the Parklane Residences at its sales gallery at Benoni here, which coincides with the National Day and Sabah Day celebration on Saturday.
She also celebrated the birthday of her beloved daughter, Melissa Wong in the event with cutting of a birthday cake and a bouquet of flowers.
According to her, her modern condominium is equipped with various facilities, including swimming pool, children’s playground, indoor badminton courts, and gymnasium as well as a 24-hour security service.
She added each unit is entitled to one parking space, and moreover, the leasehold of this condominium is 999 years.
Hence, she called on people especially those first-time home buyers and aim to invest should grab the opportunity to book and buy the remaining units in Tower A.
In conjunction with National Day and Sabah Day celebrations, Susan said she gave a special discount of RM5,000 per unit to those who book the units in Tower A, only, on Aug 31.
If the bank approves the applicants’ housing loans before Sept 30, she said then he or she is entitled for another RM5,000.
“To date, the WSG Group has built over 300 shoplots in Benoni Commercial Centre and Parklane City, which are all sold out. As for Parklane Villa, there are only about 10 out of the 180 terrace houses left (so those who are interested should make a move now).
“By the time Parklane Residences Lifestyles Condominium is completed, there will be more than 1,000 high-rise residential units, including Benoni Gardens Apartment,” Susan said.
Benoni Commercial Centre and Parklane City are now a thriving new township that has attracted major brands and franchises of fast food outlets, hypermarkets and various shops in both Benoni Commercial Centre and Parklane City, she said.

Meanwhile, Tsen said with Susan’s support, the magazine, which has been in existence for 16 years, had the opportunity to organise an exhibition at Papar Middle School, and he realised that although Papar is considered a small town, the people here have strong environmental awareness.
