Kota Kinabalu: The 2024 Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards, hosted by Enterprise Asia, aims to recognize the most outstanding business leaders and organizations in the Asia-Pacific region.

This year’s awards ceremony took place in Bangkok, Thailand, where Chou Chun-Chi, the founder of Sinyi Group, was honored for his exceptional contributions to corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

The award is one of the most prestigious ESG honors in Asia, often referred to as the "Nobel Prize" in the field of corporate social responsibility.

Sinyi Group's investment projects in Sabah include the development of the InterContinental Kota Kinabalu Resort and the world’s first sustainable net-zero ecotourism island, Mengalum Island.
