When it comes to skincare, the first thought on our minds would be beauty products such as serums, creams, and masks. However, beauty experts and even researchers have stated that drinking more water can be just as crucial for your skin's health.
“Our goal was to bring people closer to nature and foster a deeper appreciation for Pangi’s beauty. We are proud to say we achieved that.”

Pangi, a quaint village nestled along the Padas River in Tenom and renowned for its wild rapids ranging from levels 3 to 4, offers some of Malaysia’s most thrilling rafting experiences.

Andrey said over two days, attendees enjoyed various activities, including a scenic train ride, exhilarating rafting on the Padas River, camping under the stars, and jungle trekking to the breathtaking Kalumbio Waterfall.

In addition to these adventures, he said, participants had the chance to win prizes in a lucky draw contest.

He added Jom Camping 2024: Discover Pangi received strong support from various government authorities and agencies, including Tenom MP Ridhuan Rubin, the Tenom District Office, Tourism Malaysia, the Pangi community, and the Sabah Railway Department.

“Their backing underscored the event’s mission to highlight Pangi, Tenom as a prime destination for community-based tourism, highlighting its rich natural environment and warm, welcoming community.”

Andrey said the organisers are already looking forward to the next edition, aiming to make it even bigger and better.
