He is accused of cheating one Marysia Maklin Abdullah, 63, by deceiving the latter on the agreement to build a house and caused the latter to bank in RM52,000 into Lompok Builder account which belonged to Narvell.
The offence allegedly took place 12.30pm on Nov 26, 2021 at the Starbucks Café of Kota Kinabalu International Airport, here.
