Kuala Lumpur: The Malaysian Tourism Federation (MTF) has sounded the alarm over the Ministry of Tourism’s decision to withdraw from the World Travel Market (WTM) London in 2024, warning of potential substantial losses for the country’s tourism sector.
This marks the first absence from the event in 20 years, a move the MTF argues could severely damage Malaysia’s global tourism visibility and market positioning.
