Kota Kinabalu: A 39-old man was fined a total of RM5,000 or six months’ jail for allowing an illegal immigrant to be in the premises under his control.
Razis Said pleaded guilty before Sessions Court Judge Hurman Hussain to the charge against him.

Razis was found permitting the 41-year-old Filipino, who did not have any document, to be in the New Borneo Family Reflexology, in Ruang Warisan Square, Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens, here.
The offence took place at 10.10pm on June 6.
The charge stated that Razis was the person who controlled the premises.
