Kota Kinabalu: FBO Land (Setapak) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meta Bright Group Berhad, officially signed the Main Contract for the construction of Damai Suites with China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, wholly owned by China State Construction Engineering Corporation here on Saturday.
The signing ceremony was held at the Damai Suites sales gallery, marking a new milestone for this development project.

The construction contract is valued at approximately RM61million.
The construction of Damai Suites project will officially start in October 2024, with a construction period of 22 months and is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.

The construction of Damai Suites will add a 16-storey commercial building to the Damai area of Kota Kinabalu, providing 254 commercial suites and 14 shoplots.
The building,engineered to be seismic-resistant, will also feature a five-storey automated car park, offering additional parking solutions for the Damai. This development will elevate the appeal of the area.
The signing ceremony was officiated by Meta Bright Group Berhad Managing Director Mr. Lee Chee Kiang and China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd General Manager Mr. Li Hai Chen.
