Kota Kinabalu: Jetama Sdn Bhd, a leader in the management of quality drinking water, proudly announces the opening of their newest bottling factory in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
This opening not only marks a significant achievement for the company but also makes Jetama Sdn Bhd the first Government Link Company (GLC) in Sabah to establish a bottled water processing factory.
This important milestone further strengthens Jetama’s commitment to providing high-quality drinking water to the community, while efficiently and sustainably meeting the increasing market demand.

The factory is equipped with the latest technology and production processes that comply with the Ministry of Health Malaysia standards, ensuring that each bottle of water produced is not only clean and safe but also meets the expectations and needs of customers nationwide.
With more efficient production and increased capacity, Jetama Sdn Bhd is committed to expanding its distribution network and providing products that are trusted by consumers.
Additionally, on this momentous day, the factory opening ceremony was further enhanced by a Chinese New Year celebration.
The event was celebrated with great enthusiasm, showcasing unity and a sense of togetherness among Jetama’s staff. The celebration also highlighted the beauty of Chinese culture and traditions, making the event even more special.
The opening ceremony was attended by Datuk Yussof bin Manan (Chairman of Jetama Sdn Bhd), Dato’ Juhari bin Janan (Deputy Chairman of Jetama Water Sdn Bhd), Datuk Ahmad Naim bin Uddang (Chief Executive Officer of Jetama Sdn Bhd), the Board of Directors of Jetama, Jetama Water, and Jetama Energy.
Mr. Ir. Lo Ho Min (Senior General Manager of Jetama Sdn Bhd), and Mr. Ts. Jude Abel Logijin (General Manager of Jetama Water Sdn Bhd, also the Manager of Jetama’s KKIP Bottling Plant).
Also present were the General Managers of Jetama Sdn Bhd, department heads, special guests, and the esteemed Jetama Sdn Bhd staff. “The opening of this bottling factory is part of our commitment to continue providing the best service in the management of high-quality drinking water.
“We believe this will have a positive impact not only on the local economy but also on the surrounding community,” said Yg Berbahagia Datuk Yussof bin Manan (Chairman of Jetama Sdn Bhd) in his speech during the opening ceremony.
The factory will operate with a strong focus on safety and environmental sustainability, in line with the company’s mission to ensure the cleanliness and safety of every product produced.
In addition, safety measures and compliance with local regulations will continue to be prioritized to ensure the well-being of customers.
