LABUAN: Hundreds of oil industry workers are frustrated by the shortage of direct KL-KK-Labuan flights.
An industry executive said activities at the ASB terminal was picking up and the demand for seats had increased in recent weeks but the number of flights on the two sectors remained unchanged.
“These workers serving on offshore structures for two weeks without a break were missing their families and eager to be back as soon as possible and also use the break to unwind from the weeks of job pressure.
“But their reaching home is delayed due to flights shortage,” he said.
