Nihon Skin founder Geraldyn Low said burnout from her first business taught her to prioritise sustainability, automation, and team-building in her new venture, Ventamin.

Investor Asgari Stephens of Intelligent Capital noted that resilience matters more than funding, with most investment decisions driven by the founder’s grit and market potential.
