Sabah swears in new ministers with stronger Chinese representation
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah formalised the appointments of 17 new assistant ministers and six nominated assemblypersons at Istana Seri Kinabalu on Tuesday, marking a lineup that includes at least three prominent Chinese figures.

The ceremony, witnessed by the Head of State Tun Dr Musa Aman and Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, also confirmed assistant minister appointments across GRS, Star and Independent representatives, including Datuk Joniston Bangkuai, Dato Sri Ruddy Awah, Datuk Isnin Aliasnih, Datuk Limus Jury, Datuk Rina Zainal and others.
