Currently, about 150 rooms are available for booking, with the full inventory of 307 rooms expected to open by February 2025.

The hotel represents TP Group’s second venture in hospitality, following the success of Monocolo Boutique Hotel. Its Chairman Tan Sri Paul Lim confirmed plans for another resort in Semporna and reaffirmed his commitment to bringing high-quality developments to Sabah.
