It was reported that not a single person was around to open the door and 10 minutes passed until the airline crew were notified and informed MAHB.
An officer was reportedly seen standing by the door focusing on his handset. I recall that the same thing happened two years ago and was reported in your paper.
An apology is in order from MAHB.
