PETALING JAYA: Parents whose children suffer food poisoning after consuming food sold at school canteens can sue their operators for negligence, lawyers say.

SEREMBAN: A woman and her lover pleaded guilty in the sessions court here today to a charge of neglecting the former’s three-year-old daughter, resulting in the child’s death last month.

SHAH ALAM: A five-year-old girl died after she was found unconscious in her mother’s car which was parked near the back door of Shah Alam Hospital here, last Tuesday (Jan 30).

IPOH: A former nursery school teacher, S. Esther Christina, was charged again in the Sessions Court here today with negligence that led to the child’s drowning in April last year.

PETALING JAYA: The mother of a two-year-old girl, who died last month after being left alone in a car for several hours, has pleaded not guilty at the sessions court here.
