Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Government has both professional and dedicated in the pursuit of the 40 per cent net revenue special grant under Article 112C and 112D of the Federal Constitution, said State Attorney-General Datuk Brenddon Keith Soh.

Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Attorney-General’s appeal against leave given to the Sabah Law Society (SLS) regarding the State’s 40-percent special grant has been dismissed, said the SLS today.

PETALING JAYA: The Sabah Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) has taken over from a law firm representing the state government in intervening in the 40% revenue legal challenge at the Court of Appeal.

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah may appoint its own independent assessor to calculate the 40 per cent net revenue owed by the federal government if no agreement is reached by July, said Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
