Kota Kinabalu: The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN), through the Submarine Command Headquarters, made history by setting a Malaysia Book of Records achievement for the largest underwater clean-up, involving 153 divers and 1,112 participants.

SEMPORNA: An underwater clean-up project, namely Jetama Underwater Cleanup 2024, managed to collect 12.1 tonnes of ocean floor waste at three locations in Sabah, including one at the Mabul Island, here, one of the world’s best diving spots.
