High Court Judicial Commissioner Leonard David Shim directed that further submissions be filed by all parties on the justiciability issue.

He set Aug. 10 for the Senior Federal Counsel acting for Federal Attorney General Chambers and State Attorney-General Chambers to file their respective written submissions and fixed Aug. 12 for the applicants to file their written reply submissions.
