Kota Kinabalu: The High Court adjourned to Aug. 17 for further clarification or ruling the application for leave to commence judicial review by former Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 assemblymen to challenge the Head of State’s decision for the recent dissolution of the State assembly.High Court Judicial Commissioner Leonard David Shim directed that further submissions be filed by all parties on the justiciability issue.
He set Aug. 10 for the Senior Federal Counsel acting for Federal Attorney General Chambers and State Attorney-General Chambers to file their respective written submissions and fixed Aug. 12 for the applicants to file their written reply submissions.
