The four victims, aged between 18 and 47, were rushed to Beluran Hospital and later to the Duchess of Kent Hospital in Sandakan where they were reported to be in stable condition, said Kasim.
The attack happened after a victim's wife asked a family member of two suspects in the attack to repay their debt, added Kasim.
